The day after… We hope you all had a great day celebrating the news. He is risen! Many of you in ministry will be taking some much deserved time off and away from your professional ministry duties. We wish rest and peace during your abiding time and pray you will be re-energized.
Many churches were filled this weekend with new visitors and guests. I read in a twitter feed this weekend that churches that pray without ceasing will be just as filled next Sunday as they were this Sunday. We believe that’s true – every great move and movement of God started and was soaked in prayer.
Our prescription this week is simple: Pray for all of those new visitors and guests that came to your church this weekend. Pray for future divine appointments and opportunities to connect with them, and pray for them to be open and receptive to learning more about the hope that comes with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Here are some hot items to make note of this week:
Sheffield 2012 Trip Deadline – Applications are still being accepted, however, the deadline is fast approaching to sign up. We do our best to manage the costs of the trip and the more people in our travel group the lower some of the travel costs are. If you’ve been sent a personal invitation from us, now is the time to respond. If you haven’t received and invitation but are interested please contact Jason.
Upcoming workshops – We have several workshops coming up at the end of April. We’d love to see you attend. Registration is still open for all workshops. Group rates apply and we’ve made these very affordable for your entire small group, leadership team, even your whole church to attend.
Our Breakthrough Champion Campaign continues and we continue on toward our goal. We’ve been blessed by numerous gifts over the last few weeks in response to this campaign and we are celebrating and thanking God for each of you who have given. We’d love to have you pray about supporting our ministry and become a support partner with us.
Have a great week everyone! The stone was moved, He is risen! Now, go tell!
