Greeting in Christ!
It might be that this Thanksgiving is the challenge of a lifetime!
Consider the chaos of the last few months: hurricanes to the south, fires out west, urban areas riddled with violence and looting, government gridlock, a contentious election process—and a pandemic everywhere!
“Thankful”? Are you kidding me? That would be the human inclination.
However, as Christians, we rise above the negative. We look to Jesus, who didn’t have it easy Himself. He was crucified—the most inhumane, savage way to kill anyone. Yet, what was it He said from the cross? “Father, forgive them….”
Jesus within us puts life in perspective. Jesus behind us provides courage. Jesus beside us empowers us when challenged. Jesus above us guides every step. Jesus around us shapes our attitudes. Jesus among us energizes our mission. Jesus sends us to change the world.
Jesus saves us—therefore, we are thankful. Among us at Church Doctor Ministries, we thank God for you!
