You can’t mass produce disciples. Jesus launched the greatest movement in the history of the planet. There has never been anything like Christianity. It has changed the world like nothing else. How does it do that?
Jesus started this great movement by focusing on a few. He poured His life into them. Look at Luke 12:1-2. It says that “…the crowd…numbered in the thousands.” However, Jesus’ primary concern was with His disciples (Luke 12:47-48). What does that say to you? Are you interested in crowds or are you interested in disciples? Raising disciples is a long, slow, one-on-one, relational activity.
