NEW STUDY GUIDE SERIES
Your church is busy. Is it still on mission?
Drift happens quietly. The Focus On Mission series helps your leaders reset, refocus, and reengage the Great Commission.
Most churches did not choose to drift. It happened one program at a time.
The calendar filled. The budget grew. And the mission quietly slipped to the margins.
This is not a failure of faith. It is a failure of focus.
Attendance plateaus. Outreach stalls. Leaders burn out. Churches that reverse this do not do it by accident. They do it with intentional tools and guided conversations at every level of leadership.
Church Doctor Ministries has helped thousands of churches in over 80 denominations find their way back to mission.
The Focus On Mission series puts that same proven guidance into 26 short, practical study guides your team can read, discuss, and apply immediately.
Getting refocused on mission is simple.
Step 1
Choose Your Starting Point
Pick one guide based on where your church needs focus most.
Start with Leadership, Faith, or Culture
Step 2
Read and Discuss Together
Use it with your staff, board, or small group. Built-in discussion questions make every conversation mission-focused.
Step 3
Move Forward with Clarity
Apply what you learn and take actionable steps toward becoming a Great Commission church.
If nothing changes:
Leaders stay stuck.
Outreach continues to diminish.
The mission fades further into the background.
If you refocus:
Your leaders are energized.
Disciples are made.
Your community encounters the Gospel.
One book.
One conversation.
One step toward mission.
You do not need a complete overhaul. You need a starting point.
We used Focus On Mission with our staff devotions—it’s been transformational.
This series brought clarity and energy back to our leadership team.
