Tracee J. Swank serves on the executive leadership team for Church Doctor Ministries and is a certified Church Doctor consultant and leadership coach. Tracee has an undergraduate degree in organization development from the University of Toledo. She received a master’s degree in Theological Studies and Spiritual Formation from the Winebrenner Theological Seminary. Her other ministry activities include serving on a taskforce for Cherry Street Mission Ministries, focused on developing discipleship training for pastors and ministry leaders. She is a member of the Community Advisory Committee for Journey of the Heart Ministries, a ministry dedicated to mentoring and developing Christian women. Tracee’s mission field experience includes regular trips to Guatemala and participating in the St. Thomas’ Church Pilgrimage in Sheffield, England.
Tracee’s spare time is usually filled with reading, writing, and studying trends in Christianity. When not traveling for ministry work, she can be found in her kitchen adapting and trying new recipes or outside vegetable gardening. She lives in northwest Ohio with her husband, Matt, and their black lab, Jimmie. Together, Tracee and Matt (and Jimmie) train assistance dogs for Assistance Dogs of America.
Kent R. Hunter is the founder of Church Doctor® Ministries. He has served as a pastor in Michigan, Indiana, and South Australia. In the past 30 years, Kent has consulted over 1,400 churches from 65 denominations, fellowships, and movements. Kent is the architect of Healthy Churches Thrive!: a 24-month spiritual adventure to prepare churches for the coming revival and SEND North America: a training experience to equip young adults to be missionaries to their culture.
Kent received his Ph.D. from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, and the D.Min degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California. He is the author of 30 books on the subject of church health, vitality, and the effectiveness of the church.
Kent lives on a certified tree farm in northeast Indiana with his wife, Janet. Kent and Janet have two grown children, Laura and Jon.
Rev. Dennis Kutzner and Carol Kutzner – Dennis was a pastor for twelve years before becoming the Executive Secretary of Calvary Ministries International in 1982 – 2012 and now heads up the Global Church Connection. Dennis is certified in Risk Management for Churches and Schools by Cambridge University and serves as the Risk Management Specialist with Church Doctor Ministries. His ministerial experience enables him to easily relate and be a blessing as he works extensively with churches and ministers, often assisting each during the candidature process. Dennis is called upon to minister in numerous churches across the nation each year.
Carol assists Church Doctor Ministries with office support and administrative duties. Dennis and Carol often travel together offering a challenging and tender approach to the teaching ministry. They are widely known for their motivational, leadership, and marriage conferences.
Dr. Rupert Loyd Jr. has over 30 years of experience as a pastor in the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and has contributed to Shriberg & Shriberg’s Practicing Leadership (a university textbook). His writings on leadership have been presented at Oxford University, Oxford, England, and at the International Leadership Association in Prague, Czech Republic, among other places. He currently serves as Associate Pastor at Mayfair-Plymouth Congregational Church and as adjunct faculty for Indiana Wesleyan University.
Rupert and his wife Amy reside in Toledo, Ohio. They have four children: Jessica, Kathleen, David and Scott.
Christine A. (Chrysanne) Timm is Senior/Lead Pastor of Olivet Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sylvania, Ohio. Prior to that, she served as Associate Pastor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Pastor of Christ Lutheran Church, both in Toledo, Ohio. She received an M.Div. from Trinity Lutheran Seminary and a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literatures from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
Chrysanne lives in Sylvania with her husband, Craig. They have one daughter, Holly, and two sons, Matthew and Brian. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, reading, knitting, antique shopping, boating, and Taekwon-Do (she is a first-degree Black Belt).
Dr. Barry Kolb – Prior to entering the pastoral ministry, Dr. Kolb served as a teacher and coach in Indiana, Illinois, and Hong Kong for 20 years. Since becoming a pastor, he has served five different churches in Illinois and Texas. He has earned three Master’s degrees and a Doctorate. He has also taught in Russia, Kazakhstan, India, South Africa, Nigeria, Botswana, Jamaica, Thailand, Brazil and Haiti.

- A field consultant for Church Doctor Ministries (churchdoctor.org)
- Workshop teacher for inmate pastors for 13 years at the largest maximum security prison in America, Louisiana State Prison in Angola, LA, using Crossways materials (Biblical Timeline, See Through the Scriptures, Divine Drama, and various short courses).
- Vice President of Christ for India (christforindia.org). He has led pastor’s conferences, taught seminary courses, and preached extensively in India on many occasions.
- President of India Missions Foundation.
Barry and his wife Nancy have two grown children: Eric (Sheryl) & Terri and one grandson: Joshua (Kristina) all who live the Dallas/Ft Worth area. His personal mission statement is: See the VISION…Live the MISSION…Feel the PASSION. Barry’s life verse is: Proverbs 3:5-6.

Alan B. Chandler
Rev. Alan B. Chandler serves as the Consultation and Client Services Team leader of Church Doctor Ministries and is a certified Church Doctor consultant. He is ordained in the Free Methodist Church USA and has served in a variety of ministry positions in Southern California, Colorado, and Iowa.
Alan’s calling and passion is helping Christians experience revival in their personal lives, churches, and communities. Through Church Doctor Ministries, Alan has had the opportunity to participate in Immersion Excursions to England and Hot Springs, Arkansas. Being in the middle of these active revivals has made a significant impact on his passion for ministry.
Alan lives in Southern California with his wife, Cheryl. They’ve been married 30 years and have two adult children, Rachel and Andrew. They also recently welcomed their new daughter-in-law, Hannah, into the family. In their downtime, Alan and Cheryl like to take day trips to one of the many great locations in Southern California.
